The dryers O.S.PANTO work with compulsory air circulation. Air passes through a timber stack, carrying out with them
heat exchange and causing evaporation of the water which is contained in a tree, at the same time it is cooled and increases the relative humidity.
Temperature and humidity of the timber of air arriving through a stack is regulated by means of the electronic regulator.
Reversive fans guarantee air circulation in both directions. Speed of air can be regulated by change
frequencies of rotation of engines depending on humidity of timber and from the electricity price at different times days that provides
high quality of production taking into account operational costs. An initial condition of the air moistened and cooled in
result of passing through a stack, it is restored as follows:
- by its heating with use of heat exchangers;
- by partial replacement of air (in process of its saturation);
- by moistening of air by means of raspylitelny nozzles.
The adjusting O.S. PANTO system for drying of timber is developed for providing continuous, exact and economic justices -
the line drying cycles needlessly in involvement of personnel with wide experience of work.
